AIHubWorks Terms

General Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of AIHubWorks services related to AI software implementation. They explain rights, responsibilities, and practical scenarios — for example, pilot projects, production deployments, and consultancy engagements — to clarify expectations between AIHubWorks and clients in Malaysia.

Eligibility to use AIHubWorks

You must be legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use AIHubWorks. Businesses and individuals engaging our AI implementation services should provide accurate organizational details and, where applicable, authorized project contacts for deployment and support scenarios.

Services are not intended for individuals under 16. If you are under 16, do not submit personal data or sign up for services without consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Use of AIHubWorks must comply with applicable laws and export controls. Prohibited uses include unlawful surveillance, harmful biological misuse, or any activity restricted by Malaysian law or international agreements.

Some services or features may be limited based on location, local regulations, or third-party provider restrictions. If a deployment scenario involves cross-border data transfers, we will outline applicable safeguards during contract discussions.

Account obligations

Accounts provide access to tools, dashboards, project artifacts, and support. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Practical case: designate at least one technical lead with authority to approve deployment changes.

Keep your account information current. For example, update billing and contact details before a planned production rollout to avoid interruptions in service access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Use multi-factor authentication where available and follow recommended security practices for deployment access.

Accounts are personal to the entity or individual that registered and are not transferable without explicit written agreement from AIHubWorks. In acquisition or restructuring scenarios, notify us to manage account transfer steps.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify AIHubWorks immediately. Include relevant project identifiers and timestamps to help expedite containment and remediation in line with incident response scenarios.

AIHubWorks may suspend access to services for security reasons, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. In practical cases, suspension may be temporary while contribute a malfunctioning integration or to protect other clients.

Service scope and use

AIHubWorks provides consulting, software integration, and managed services focused on AI implementations. Service scope is defined in statements of work or orders and may include pilot projects, deployment, customization, and ongoing support. Examples: migrating a proof-of-concept to production, or integrating an AI model with local ERP systems.

We may modify features or discontinue services as technology and client needs evolve. For ongoing engagements, changes are handled through project governance practices and agreed change control procedures.

We strive for high availability for managed services but availability may vary by deployment configuration, third-party providers, and scheduled maintenance. For production deployments, agree SLA terms in your service contract to reflect realistic uptime and support scenarios.

User rules and acceptable use

When using AIHubWorks, follow rules that help protect data, systems, and other users. Below are common prohibited actions and practical examples.

  • Comply with laws and export controls; do not use services for illegal activities such as unauthorized access to networks.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying models or system architecture unless explicitly permitted under a written agreement.
  • Avoid uploading data you do not have the right to use; for example, do not submit third-party personal data without consent or lawful basis.
  • Do not use services to create content intended to mislead or defraud people, including phishing campaigns or impersonation in implementation scenarios.
  • Do not engage in activities intended to overload or disrupt services, such as large-scale automated scraping without prior authorization in a testing scenario.
  • Respect privacy and safety; do not use models for decision-making in high-risk contexts without appropriate human review and audit trails.
  • Follow industry best practices for security when integrating with third-party systems in a deployment case, including encryption and least-privilege access.

User content and project data

User content includes data, code, configuration scripts, and other materials you submit to AIHubWorks for use in projects. The following explains ownership, licenses, and responsibilities in practical terms.

You retain ownership of your user content. For example, datasets and proprietary models you provide for a migration remain your property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting user content, you grant AIHubWorks a limited license to use, host, modify, and process that content to provide the contracted services, run tests, and deliver the agreed implementation. This license is scoped to project needs and described in the statement of work.

You are responsible for the legality and quality of user content you supply. For example, ensure datasets are anonymized where required and that you hold necessary rights to share training data with third-party platforms used in a deployment.

On request and subject to contract, AIHubWorks will remove or return user content after project completion, retention period, and applicable legal obligations are considered. Include project identifiers when requesting removal to avoid accidental data loss in active projects.

Intellectual property

AIHubWorks and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the services, tools, and deliverables not expressly assigned to you. Project-specific deliverables can be scoped in statements of work to allocate rights for custom software or models developed during an engagement.

  • You may not copy or redistribute proprietary components of the platform outside the scope of a written license.
  • Do not claim ownership of AIHubWorks underlying frameworks or commercial tooling used to deliver services.
  • Any use of open-source components is subject to their respective licenses; review compatibility if combining with proprietary deliverables in a deployment.

Paid services and billing

Paid services include custom development, managed hosting, SLA-backed support, and training packages for AI implementations. Fees and deliverables are defined in your order or statement of work.

Pricing is set out in quotes or contracts and may include one-time fees for implementation and recurring fees for hosting or maintenance. Practical scenario: a fixed-price pilot followed by a subscription for production maintenance.

Payments are due as specified in invoices. Accepted methods and billing cycles are set out in the contract. Invoices include details needed for accounting and reconciliation in implementation projects.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the agreement. For ongoing managed service scenarios, cancellation terms, notice periods, and transition support are defined in the contract.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled case-by-case per the contract and subject to review of deliverables, usage, and any provided trial terms. For example, a refund request for a cancelled pilot will be evaluated against work performed and expenses incurred.

Cancellation terms depend on the service; managed services typically require notice to allow for orderly transition. For project engagements, follow change control and offboarding processes to preserve continuity.

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes related to their purchases. AIHubWorks will invoice taxes where required under Malaysian tax law or other applicable jurisdictions.

We may adjust prices for new subscriptions or renewals to reflect costs and market conditions. Existing contracts and agreed terms govern ongoing engagements and renewals.

Non-payment may result in suspension of services after notice. In practical cases, we work with clients to resolve billing issues to minimize disruption to production deployments.

Disclaimer

Services, tools, and content provided by AIHubWorks are provided "as is" and for professional use in AI implementation projects. The information and examples presented illustrate typical scenarios but do not constitute professional advice for all contexts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIHubWorks' liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to fees paid for the relevant services in the prior 12 months, except where otherwise required by law. This allocation of risk is intended to reflect the predictable costs associated with implementation projects.

Third-party services

We may integrate third-party software and services as part of implementation projects. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their terms. AIHubWorks is not responsible for third-party service outages or third-party policy changes that affect integrations.

Termination and suspension

Either party may terminate service agreements as specified in the contract. AIHubWorks may suspend or terminate access in cases of material breach, non-payment, or to comply with legal obligations. Termination procedures aim to protect project data and provide orderly wind-down where feasible.

On termination, access to services will cease and outstanding fees become due. We will provide transition assistance as agreed, such as exporting project artifacts and returning or deleting user content in line with the contract and applicable laws.

Privacy

AIHubWorks processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Data handling practices depend on the project scope and integrations used. Review our Privacy Notice for details on rights, third-party processors, and contact methods.

Communications

We may send service-related communications by email, phone, or through account dashboards. For project-critical alerts, designate technical contacts to receive notification about incidents, maintenance windows, and deployment changes.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or service operations. For customers with active contracts, material changes affecting your rights will be communicated and, where required, handled through contract amendments.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kedah, Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, contact AIHubWorks to raise the issue and provide project details and chronology. We encourage escalation through our client engagement manager and, where appropriate, mediation before litigation in practical implementation disputes.
